OSHA requires annual inspections for many types of Cranes and Lift equipment.  
All Test & Inspection can provide 3rd party annual inspections per relevant OSHA, ASME and 
ANSI codes for many types of equipment such as:

Inspection Method:

  1. Visual Inspection of the structure and components.
  2. Functional Inspection of the operating systems.
  3. NDT Inspection utilizing magnetic particle inspection to examine structural components for cracks. NDT inspection is a very important component of the inspection process because it allows the inspector to identify structural cracks or deficiencies that may be present that are not obvious by visual inspection alone.
Load Tests/Proof Load Tests of various types of lifting equipment per OSHA, ASME, and/or ANSI Codes; or per manufacturer/end user defined requirements is available if required or upon request.

Our experienced inspectors examine each piece of equipment to identify operational and/or structural deficiencies that may be compromised.

Upon completion, an annual inspection sticker is placed in a conspicuous location indicating the unit number, report reference number and inspection / expiration dates. 

A Crane Operator is required for certain portions of the mobile crane inspection especially to verify crane function and when inspecting the wire rope(s).
